Ritz Crackers Price Dessert Recipe Involving Ritz Crackers And Chocolate?

My mother gave me this recipe for years and are so good! He called baking soda ... but not the Ritz.
Chocolate chips and caramel
1 sleeve of crackers
1 cup butter (not margarine)
Sugar 1 / 2 cup
12 oz Bag Chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. A line 9x13 pan with foil.
Place crackers in the film, not only to each other. In a saucepan melt the butter and sugar. Pour the butter-sugar mixture on crackers. Place in oven for 5 minutes. It will bubble as it exits. Turn oven off. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers. The baking time is about 1 minutes to make chips smoothly.
Remove from oven and carefully spread the chips, such as frost. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. , Separating rather fragile. Store in an airtight container.
