Help with continuous hip and upper leg pain? - upper leg pain more condition_symptoms
Injured over the last 2 months and my hip was. I run every day at the track and I think I set designer. The pain comes from outside of the hip on the inside of my leg above the knee .. This is the same in both legs. far right. also pop my hips all the time. especially after sitting or lying down. Is there a way to develop this part of my leg, I would appreciate the help of

I do not claim to be a doctor, but it almost seems like it could be something wrong that should not be medical or self-diagnosis, but a real doctor tells you nothing bad happens. I think you should bring back hips.Then reviewed and hopefully have a bit of yoga or another class to teach you to do a lot of steps if you still can not know.
