Water pressure problem with new showerhead? - massaging showerhead

My old shower worked fine, but everything was fresh and it was broken. So I bought a "new creation of three" shower, no water, but as pressure. This parameter is the only decent massage, but spraying is not large enough to shower properly. The average value is low and the lowest is so bad that even if the head is turned all the way, the aerosol is only half of my bathtub.

When I installed it, the film adheres to the tube side, but there was no leak, so I do not think that's the problem.
