I'm Brazilian and it's really embarrassing. The use of mini-dress is widespread in Brazil. I do not know why they did it. Here you can wear what they want. There is no law prohibiting the use of mini-dress or other clothing.
I do not agree with what I have, because I think it is a violation of freedom. It is incomprehensible that this event is a disgrace.
Soul Miner Brazilians are not as those who insulted the woman. Do you think that a single case can represent the behavior of the people of a nation?
If so, Americans are people who can see a teenager being raped and do nothing. (You remember the case of the Richmond High School?)
Fortunately, these people do not represent a country.
